Return Policy 2020

We accept returns and will offer a refund within 21 days of order. Items must be returned in a resalable condition with no sign of use and in its original packaging. This excludes personal items, which are not accepted back for hygiene reasons. Branded items are non-returnable.

Please send us an email to let us know why you are returning the item; we will issue you with a return form for you to complete and then issue you with a GRN Number. Please post the item/s back to us with this number as reference on the package and the returns form enclosed. When the goods are received, we will issue a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless agreed in advance, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
